Effects of Oxidized Oil on the Body

Denying the body the essential fatty acids it needs for good health and supplying it with all the resources it needs to produce inferior oxidized saturated fat in great quantities and disease starts.

However, animal fat is not that healthy for us either. Butter, lard, and milk should be consumed in strict moderation, if at all. It is healthier for us than polyunsaturated, refined and deodorized vegetable oil. Which is just as bad as hydrogenated oils of any kind. The mass produced butter and margarine are hydrogenated, artificially colored and flavored sticks of death.

Refined Vegetables Oils, Cancer, and Fuel

Refined vegetable oils do have one useful purpose, they are used to make biodiesel, although, this still has some controversy in itself. In some ways it is healthier to make biodiesel from refined vegetables oils than it is to put it in our body. New research shows that refined vegetable oils, especially those refined using hexane, and other heavy metals and deadly solvents, may cause cancer among other diseases.

See, the molecular structure of refined vegetable oils makes it completely useless in the human body. It binds to nutrients in the gut and blood. This renders them unusable and unabsorbable to the body. This, in turn, leading to nutrient deficiencies. Further, the body cannot use them to repair cell walls, nerve structures, or produce essential hormones for key metabolic processes. All the body can do is extract nutrients from its cells to bind with the oil to remove it from the body as fast as possible. Essential nutrients such as vitamin-C and E are used up first to fight the free radical damage caused by these oils. (Vitamin-C is used in the ci
tric acid cycle, the main metabolic process of cells.)

Even more horrifying is that, unlike essential omega fatty acids and medium chain fatty acids, vegetable oils are a carcinogen. See, essential fatty acids are not just necessary for metabolic and cellular functions, they also act as antioxidants. The body uses what is left after producing hormones, fuel, and repairs, to bind to free radicals, toxins, and metabolic waste. It uses it to cleanse the blood vessels, organs, and muscles. In sharp contrast, refined vegetable oils are all ready loaded with free radicals before entering the body. Therefore, it has to use any means necessary (often using up essential vitamins and minerals) to quickly bind to the carcinogen and flush it from the body.

Preliminary research is quickly finding out that refined vegetable oils, especially those refined with hexane and other chemicals, may be not just the cause of high cholesterol, but also cause immune deficiencies, adrenal diseases, organ malfunction, and even cancer. See, once the body uses up its own vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from food to remove this oil from itself, what is left is stuck in the body. Remember, it is heavily laden with free radicals which actively search out something to bind to. This often damages cellular structures all over the body. Many of these damaged cells now contain damaged DNA, RNA, and mitochondria. These damaged cells begin to malfunction and produce malfunctioning replicas of themselves.

The definition of cancer is a group of malfunctioning cells. These hybrid cells quickly take over, damaging new cells. Couple this with immune deficiencies and hormone deficiency caused by nutrient deficiency and cancerous cells quickly gain a foothold. What should we do to stop this?
