Fun, the word reminds us to relax from tension, regular work and break from daily work. Mechanical life and standard of living has lead life too furiously to go on top in career. Chasing competition is not an easy task? Experienced people will be chased by young generation which teaching them to be more creative than before.
To keep up the presence of mind and beat the competition each time, an individual should give time for themselves in terms of exercises, yoga, singing aloud, laughing, and dancing. We have to schedule time fun, entertainment in same manner as we schedule it for official meetings.

- For the managers, who are the key employees in organizing whole team and contribute for the best performance in the company. They have to be given games which involves thinking process. This will keep managers to be proactive all the time and creative ideas to bring up the team as top performer.
- For the old employees, can be provided with healthy debates referring to current market scenario, seminars about the performance of the company, various libraries should be provided to keep up their morale & polish their ideas. These employees should also be given personal touch by inviting their families for social gatherings.
Apparently enjoyment in the work keeps you always on for the better and better performance. So the company to retain its efficient employees does try to accomplish or meet the interests of the employees.
