HEART IS YOUR LIFE
Heart is the most important part of the body that made us live longer. It is an amazing organ where our lives depended on it. It can continue working every second, every minutes and hours without getting tired. All our organs has its individual function helping together to make the body healthy. If any of this organ cannot function well then sickness appeared. The heart supported the circulatory system in transporting blood to the different part of the body. The distribution of the blood is being controlled by the heart limiting a certain portion enough to function. The different heart valves we have as an outlet had an important role in the control and distribution of blood in an out from the heart. Heart will only give enough blood to portion of the body where it was mostly needed. Heart is the regulator and controller in our every motion, movements where heart has part of it.
But the function of the hearts has other ways. This happened when we rest during the day or in the night. While sleeping, the heart continue beating in a slow motion. It beats quietly and deeply. The second way is when we awake, the heart pump blood regularly distributing blood according to the requirements of the different organ. The 3rd way is when we feel fear or excited when the heart doubled his function in response to emergency by quickly distribute blood to all our systems. The sudden surge of the blood make the heart beats fast. You can observe it when you do the exercise of running in a hilly portion of the road ascending. You can feel that your heart double its function and somewhat going to burst in response to running. You gulf plenty of air to be able to breath. When not enough air passes to your nose you can feel that you are exhausted and tired and your chest is heaving and heavy. Every bigger action we make, every little movement we do, the heart are always aware what's happening in the body at that moment. He always keep watching and ready to response when needed.
Heart is very efficient in its function but it has limitation. When it was diseased, some changes in the reaction of our system occurred. It can damaged the heart. Its normal circulation is limited. The arteries and the veins will not function well. Because of its elastic tissue can no longer respond due to the absence of flexibility in its wall, thus high blood pressure occurred which is very risky to the life of an individual. Once the blood pressure increases, the function of the heart will increase also. This is the reason why many people died of stroke because of the relation of the heart and the elevated blood pressure where the blood go fast straight to the brain in an abnormal way. Most of the victim collapsed and died. If he survived, partial or total paralysis occur where treatment, recuperation and continued medication will eat large portion of the budget, if he recover. So the blood from the heart is important in the total condition of the individual, his health.
How we can protect the heart to perform its function in an effective manner? Sufficient exercise will do. Controlling the diet and avoiding being overweight to avoid the heart strained on its performance. Protect the heart at all cost, be healthy. Keep your stress down. It is also important to eat foods rich in nutritional value because once you become overweight, the heart will suffer and you will suffer too.
Keep in mind we live because of the heart. The heart is our life and soul. Without it no one can live longer. You can see how this muscular pump has a greatest role in our life as human beings. Take an active role. The heart will depend on you, you depend on him. Help him, and he will help you and feel that you are happy and healthy.
