Through many years of nursing, much was learned from the capable doctors I assisted. This, not widely known tip, can bring better health by improving better elasticity to the bladder.

Improving bladder elasticity mainly for women
Throughout our years, the exterior body makes changes and so do our organs inside. Not only do we need to exercise to maintain good health, but there are some things we can do to promote better bladder elasticity by some exercise too.

It is never too early to begin some things to enhance your better health for the years to come. Even more mature women can benefit from exercising to bring better response from the bladder.

The bladder is a triangle shaped organ that holds urine until it is excreated by the urethra. By exercising, as I will explain in great detail, the sphincter will be trained to be more elastic and in better health. The sphincter is the holding device for urine until it is told to vountarily relax and let urine flow. By training this sphincter, the bladder is able to hold urine much better. There is an added bonus to working this exercise at any age, which I will inform you about too.

Kaegel exercise is simple to do and can be performed while sitting, standing or lying down. It can be done in a crowd of people since no one will know you are doing your kaegel workout.

Having said that, it is first necessary to make sure you are doing these bladder building exercises with an empty bladder. Please follow along by trying Kaegel exercises as you read this. Pretend to allow a slight relaxation of the sphincter that stops urine from flowing. Without allowing full relaxation as you do when you urinate, quickly physically pull that urge back. You will feel an almost inward tightening. Hold onto that tightening for 8 to 10 seconds. Now relax that tightening and know you have completed Kagel exercises. These exercises can be done in repetition as often as you desire. With some practice, a woman can accomplish holding that tightening, I described, for a much longer duration which will give more elasticity to the bladder and the sphincter.

The bonus I spoke of earlier is that this exercise can heighten the pleasure of intercourse for a man. While your partner is inside the vaginal canal, do the Kaegel exercise repeatedly. This gives a stroking effect on his manhood creating an internal massaging.
