Exercising your jaw regularly can bring about lots of benefits. It will strengthen your jaw so that when you sleep, because it will prevent your inner palate or the tissues inside your throat from contracting, of which will provide better air flow. And once the air flow of your throat clears up, there would be no more involuntary vibration of the soft palate which producing the snoring sound when you sleep.
The most frequent obstruction to breathing is a stressed jaw. Because a stressed jaw obstructs the air flow, the soft palate or the tissues in the throat will eventually vibrate.
