Knowing that you are pregnant, is taking the first step towards motherhood- God's greatest gift to a woman. There are some common symptoms associated with detection of pregnancy. 1. Frequent Urination : A woman who has conceived, has an urge for frequent urination, so be prepared to make those extra trips to the bathroom.
2. Morning Sickness : Onset of pregnancy could also induce Morning Sickness- nauseating or queasy feeling throughout the day and especially during morning hours, hence the term. Some women suffer from Morning Sickness throughout the term whereas some women have this only during the first trimester
3. Body Ache & Fatigue : Frequent back aches, burning or tingling sensation in legs; also known as "R
   estless Leg Syndrome" and feeling tired without doing anything are other symptoms reported during the gestational period.
4. Taste Change : Most of the women have also reported an altered sense of taste, saying they get a metallic taste in their mouth.You could also start disliking your favourite food or drink, hating even their smell.
5. Abdominal Pain : Some women also complain of mild abdominal cramps and constipation which can be taken care of by making suitable changes in the dietary pattern.
6. Food Craving : Impending motherhood could also manifest itself in the form of sudden food cravings, wherein you would want to eat a particular type of food.

The occurrence and severity of these symptoms could vary from person to person depending on their life style. A woman who is in sync with her body would come to know that she has conceived, even before the appearance of any signs. So if you suspect that you are on the family way, don't delay and consult your doctor for the confirmation of pregnancy
