The Benefits of Exercise!
Exercise, an essential part of life that few of us truly keep to. Exercise can be any kind of mental or physical action that works the muscles or the mind. It can be reading a book, studying for a test, or solving a problem. On the other hand, it could be
lifting weights, having a very physical career, or any type of activity that works the muscles.

A lot of Americans believe that exercise will help us, but we're simply too lazy, too busy, or too stressed at times to accomplish it. The truth of the matter is, that 20 minutes of exercise a day can help you become less stressed, more energetic, and feeling healthier. A simple jog can work the stress out of your muscles, relaxing you more and helping you feel better about your situations.

This in turn can calm your mind by settling down all of the extra mental energy that your brain processes through countless times a day. This can reduce anxiety of any kind, and make you emotionally more confident. We're so put off with the redundant actions involved in the thought of exercising that it tends to make us feel mundane.

Fortunately, there is a solution to this! You can entertain yourself while you work on in several different ways, and I will list a few:

1. Listening to music

That's right, a favorite pass time of the world. Hook up that IPod and start jamming out while exercising. The music can help relax a person, and help them focus on what they are doing without the imminent feeling of boredom. With your favorite songs playing in your ears, you'll become more motivated to work out, maybe even for longer than 20 minutes!

2. Watch TV

Who said that you had to be stationary to watch TV? Pick up a 20/30/or whatever pound weight and start working on your pecs, abs, and arms. You can easily pay attention to your favorite TV show while lifting a weight, or completing a set of sit ups.

3. Mix it up

There is no law to doing different exercises, and there are plenty out there. You don't have to stick with the same ole' crunches and push ups. Mix it up! Try Yoga for a few days, then go back to your regular routine for a few. Change it up by adding new weights,
leg and arm weights. Wear them while you jog. Warm up by jogging in place for 5 minutes, try stretching. Change the routine around and around again, mix and match. Find something you like, and then exchange it for something that you like better. Research the net, people have a ton of advice on different ways of working your muscles.

If you're like me, and millions of other Americans, you suffer from different ailments. Anxiety, a bad self image, extreme stress, there are thousands of other diseases that people go through which can be cured, or made extremely more manageable with the help of regular exercise. Not to mention the fact that your body forms to be in shape, and you lead a healthier lifestyle.

Of course, there are other things that can help.Beginning a healthy diet can help you feel better mentally and physically. Too skinny? Try a healthy protein diet. Too obese? Try several small meals of light products, salads, fruits and vegetables, ect.

In conclusion, there is only one person, in this entire world, who knows what they need - You.
