Early Pregnancy signs
There are a few signs, that may indicate that you are pregnant. You can also be experiencing these signs for some other reasons such as, just before you start your period. If you suspect that you may be pregnant, it a good idea to contact health care professional. They can give you a reliable pregnancy test; as well as to advise you on the next step.Breast soreness- This is due to excessive hormones. They may feel fuller and heavier.Darkening of the Nipples- This due to the cells in the nipple, but darker skinned people may not notice this sign right away.Cramps- This is due to egg-fertilization and attaching it's self, to the uterine wall.Missed period- You will have missed your period and some women experience spotting. Some people will have a light and/or a much shorter period.Fatigue- This is due to all of your hormones and due to your body physically changing.Morning Sickness- You may experience some queasiness at first or you may have full blown sickness. This is due to the embryo attaching itself to the uterine wall. Most women don't experience full blown for a few more weeks.Bloating- Your tummy may look and feel bloated. This is due to your hormones slowing down your digestive track..Urinating More Frequently- This due to your kidneys and they flush out fluids more often.Cravings- They may be normal or they may be a bit strange.Headaches- This is due to increasing blood volume.Constipation- This is due to your digestive track slowing down.Mood swings- Due to all of the hormonal and physical changes.If you suspect that you might be pregnant, be safe and healthy.
