Dieting is amusing, if you really lose weight. Dieting is the only mania that you can practice again and again. It does not matter how many times you were unsuccessful to dieting. You should attempt again and again. There are numerous types of diets, similar to the South Beach, Atkins, and Mayo Clinic diet. If you are unable to find a diet you like, immediately build up one. You become famous having named your own diet.
