eBay Buyer Tips
We can live very hectic lives and can never find any time for exercise. If you make a few simple changes in your daily life, you will find that adding exercise can be very easy.
Morning
When you first wake up, take a few minutes to stretch out your body. If you live in a two-storey house walk up and down the stairs a few times while coffee is brewing. If you are making breakfast, you could do a few stretches while preparing the meal.
Set your clock fifteen to thirty minutes before you need to get up for your regular schedule. If you have exercise equipment in the house like a treadmill, you could spend fifteen minutes on that and then get ready for work. Other activities could include dancing to music, yoga, pushups, and sit-ups. Even taking as little as fifteen minutes a day would be beneficial. If you watch television in the morning buy a small weight and use that as you view your program. You could do knee bends, or other simple exercises while getting ready for work.
Driving to Work
If you get stuck in traffic, stretch out your arms or flex them and move your fingers around. You could move your ankles or shrug your shoulders. Once you arrive at work, try parking farther away then you do normally. Take the stairs if you work in a larger building or take a longer route to where you need to be at. Even small amounts of exercise can make you feel more energized.
Daily Activities
If you work at a desk, get up every hour or so and stretch. Take your arms and lift them over your shoulders or bend your knees. Take a short walk around the office if you are able to or go outside for a minute. If you need to deliver something to another office, take the long way if you can. Buy a small weight and keep it at your desk to use when you need a break. Long periods of sitting can leave you tired. You should try and take breaks on an hourly basis.
After Work
The same simple stretches you did on the way to work could be done on the way home. This will help to relive stress that has built up during the day and leave you more relaxed. If you do extra desk work at home, take breaks and stretch. You could do stretches during commercial breaks if you are watching television. Before bed try doing a few pushups or sit-ups.
Exercise doesn't have to take hours to be beneficial to you. Even if you don't have much time, a few simple exercises thrown into your daily life will help you look and feel better.
