OK so how hard have you tried losing weight? I know it is a difficult task, trust me I have been there.
When I was a little boy, I used to watch the slim fast commercials and was very thin. I used to think to myself man I wish I could drink that chocolate shake (only cuz it was chocolate flavored) and wishing I was fat so I can have it.
Today, as a grown man, now I only wish I was thin again. I have tried so many exercises and books to follow through with losing weight and I know it takes alot of discipline to fight off the temptations.
I have tried like body for life and fitness made simple, even burn the fat, feed the muscle by tom venuto.
My end goal is to bulk up and shed off the pounds or water weight or whatever it is that might be covering my abs.
So then when I was researching the study of carbohydrates, I realized, hey wait a minute, I haven't tried this one before...and then I discovered something, being a endomorph that I am (someone who has difficulty shedding off the weight), I decided to follow the KETOGENIC DIET.
Ketogenic diet is like low carb and high protein diet. You need more protein to build lean muscle mass and low carbs to shed off the weight so your body can go into ketogenic mode.
I am still t
esting it out and seeing if my theory will work, if it does, then you can bet your $$ that I will be writing a book on weight loss and how to do it and what to do.
I am not going to write it here or that would ruin the purpose of me writing a book on fitness in the future; that is why my research is still in progress and test mode, Until the theory is a fact, I am not going to give additional details as of yet. That would be like spilling your beans in a movie and telling everyone who killed "Dr. Monroe" before the movie could even end.
I want to find out if it works before I blab out what I've done to lose weight but I will tell you this much; that it is working and I am seeing results....slowly but surely.
I know some of you may know what ketogenic diet is and the adverse affects it may have on the body diminishing carb in take to a very low.
I have not gotten any side effects from doing this so far so I can't complain on that part. But cross your fingers because if my theory is right, it may blow out the study on diet and weight loss for good.
Of course Ketogenic diet is just one part of the ingredient especially for obese people.
